Clear cooperation policy
CLEAR COOPERATION FACTS
You have two (2) business days to place your listing into the MLS once you have all signatures on your listing agreement UNLESS:

a sign is placed in the yard

the listing is placed online (websites, Facebook, Zillow, etc..) by anyone

the listing is emailed to anyone outside of your brokerage

a listing flyer is posted or given to anyone outside of your brokerage
then your listing will be required to be entered into the MLS within one (1) business day.
The Clear Cooperation Policy only applies to existing Residential properties
(new construction does not apply).
There are no automatic fines if you violate the Clear Cooperation Policy. If you have a Clear Cooperation violation, you and your broker will be emailed a notice to place the listing in the PAR MLS within one (1) business day.
If you are emailed a notice and fail to place your listing into the PAR MLS within one (1) business day then the following fines will be assessed.
1st Offense: Broker is fined $500, listing agent must attend MLS Orientation within 60 days and is placed on a 6 month probationary period.
2nd Offense During Probationary Period: Broker is fined $3,000, listing agent is suspended from the MLS for 90 days
2nd Offense: Broker is fined $3,000 listing agent is suspended from the MLS for 30 days.
3rd Offense: Broker is fined $10,000, listing agent is suspended from the MLS for six (6) months.
